Are you energetic, motivated, and committed to promoting integrity and responsible citizenship at Towson University? Then the Office of Student Conduct & Civility Education wants you for its Civility Peer Education Program.
Key Benefits of Being a Civility Peer Educator

• Gain experience working in a team environment
• Paid $10/hr for workshop facilitation

As a peer educator you will facilitate interactive educational workshops on the topics of civility and community standards at Towson University. Other responsibilities/requirements of this program include:
• Attend training sessions in the fall 2012 semester
• Commit to facilitating at least two 2 ½ hour Friday workshops each semester
• Commit to the program for at least one academic year
• Be a current Towson undergraduate student
• Have a minimum 2.5 GPA
• Being in good disciplinary and academic standing with the University
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills in a group setting
• Comfortable with presenting and engaging small groups
