Get Results with Treadmill Workouts in 30 Minutes!!!
Make this your summer to look great, feel great and enjoy exercise!!! Join us at the Wellness Center for an efficient, challenging, calorie-burning workout that’s perfect for the beginner, intermediate or advanced level participant. Treadmill workouts are safe, easy to control/modify, and they take the BORING out of cardio! By alternating periods of walking, jogging or running with minutes of weight training and floor exercises, you get maximum results for the time invested. Let us lead you through a fat blasting, stress reducing, endurance improving, muscular strengthening workout! Bring a friend and join us on the treadmills!
Wednesdays 7 am-7:30 am noon-12:30 pm 4:30 pm-5:00pm
Fridays 7 am-7:30 am noon-12:30 pm 4:30 pm-5:00pm
1st session offered May 9 – June 1 (4 weeks, 8 classes)
2nd session offered June 13 – July 6 (4 weeks, 8 classes)
3rd session offered July 18 – August 10 (4 weeks, 8 classes)
Faculty/Staff members pay $10 per session (8 classes)
Non-members pay $40 per session (8 classes)
