tracking, support, monitoring, resolution, and analysis of technology problem
reports and service requests.

support. If you already reported the issue with TechHelp and the service request is currently active, please reply to the original email you
got to add new information or update your request.
- After you submit your request, you will get an initial email from TechHelp,
along with updates as service proceeds through final resolution and close-out.
The email messages have links that allow you to add comments, notes, or respond
to surveys. If in doubt about the authenticity and suspect phishing, you can
verify the message by calling the Faculty/Staff Help Center.
- Telephone calls receive the highest priority service during business hours, so if you have an urgent or time-sensitive matter,
or the topic you are contacting about is not listed, please call 410-704-5151 instead of using this form.
