Office of Technology Services Support Request
and TechHelp Launch Information: Important Changes

  • OTS is phasing in a new issue tracking system for your support requests: TechHelp powered by Web Help Desk. The new system will allow us to provide better tracking, support, monitoring, resolution, and analysis of technology problem reports and service requests.   • This service is limited to Towson University faculty, staff, students, and affiliate account holders only. All others please call 410-704-5151.
  • You will need to login with your NetID if you choose to continue.

  • Use this service ONLY FOR YOUR INITIAL REQUEST for assistance, information, or support. If you already reported the issue with TechHelp and the service request is currently active, please reply to the original email you got to add new information or update your request.


  • After you submit your request, you will get an initial email from TechHelp, along with updates as service proceeds through final resolution and close-out. The email messages have links that allow you to add comments, notes, or respond to surveys. If in doubt about the authenticity and suspect phishing, you can verify the message by calling the Faculty/Staff Help Center.


  • Telephone calls receive the highest priority service during business hours, so if you have an urgent or time-sensitive matter, or the topic you are contacting about is not listed, please call 410-704-5151 instead of using this form.
