The Department of Art + Design, Art History, Art Education offers a Master of Fine Arts in Art Studio, a Master of Education in Art Education, and a graduate certificate in Interactive Media Design. Students in Art Education or Art Studio might want to consider the Interactive Media Design online certificate as part of a degree program. Each program serves specific student needs and can be best articulated by the individual graduate directors: Tonia Matthews (M.F.A. Director), Ray Martens (Interim M.Ed. Director) and Bridget Sullivan (Interactive Media Certificate Director).

The College of Fine Arts and Communication offers the Arts Integration Institute Post-Baccalaureate Certificate.

Nahid Tootoonchi and Beneath the Surface exhibition


Assistant Professor, Nahid Tootoonchi, area coordinator of Graphic Design, spoke to students from Harford Community College, describing her experience collecting and curating the works for Beneath the Surface: Poster Exhibition from Iran.
