The Gilbert A. Brungardt Endowment for the Benefit of the Asian Arts & Culture Center The Asian Arts & Culture Center Advisory Board is pleased to announce the establishment of TheGilbert A. Brungardt Endowment for the Benefit of the Asian Arts & Culture Center.
The purpose of the endowment is two-fold:
To honor Dr. Brungardt for his many years of contribution to Towson University as a Music Professor, Dean of College of Fine Arts and Communication, and Acting Provost, and as a founding member of the Asian Arts & Culture Center in 1971 and in his retirement, as President of the Advisory Board since 1997. He has been a key element in the growth and development of the Center into the well-known, highly regarded and very visible organization that it is today.
To provide a stable funding source to support and enhance the mission of the Asian Arts & Culture Center for decades to come.

Since the inception of the endowment in November 2007, donations totaling more than $65,000 have been given in support. Interest income earned from the invested principle will be used to fund the quality programs that the community has come to expect.
