Career Resources

The Audiology profession was recently listed in the "Top 20 Hot Careers" and "Hot Careers in Health Care" by US News and World Report. Audiologists work in hospitals, private clinics, and schools with patients across a wide age span. Spend your day testing newborns; fit an elderly patient with a new hearing aid, or test a child for auditory processing disorders. Some audiologists work in the industry, designing and testing new hearing aid technologies. Students interested in careers in audiology are encouraged to learn more by checking out the web sites for our accrediting agencies, and career information from the government.
