All undergraduate and graduate academic programs
(including certificate programs) are expected to
have a student learning assessment plan in place.
The assessment plan articulates program learning
outcomes, defines how students develop mastery of
the identified learning outcomes in the program,
identifies the assessment instruments and schedule
of data collection to measure mastery of each
outcome, and the processes used to collect, share,
and evaluate assessment data at the program level.
Each unit is expected to seek approval of any
modifications or improvements to their assessment
protocols via the Office of Assessment.
