Program Assessment Process

3/6 Year Assessment Report

All undergraduate and graduate academic programs (including certificate programs) are expected to collect and analyses data every year according to the schedule identified in the assessment plan.   A summary of the data and identification of any changes made to the program or the processes based on the assessment data are summarized and submitted for review every three years in either a year 3 or year 6 assessment report.  The three year assessments reports are submitted to the dean of the college before being submitted to the Office of Assessment.  The data and summary reports are used at the institutional level of various reporting requirements and documentation of assessment processes.
