First-Year Experience

Top 10% Scholars

The Top 10% scholars program brings high school seniors from Baltimore City and Baltimore County who graduate in the top 10 percent of their graduating class to Towson as first time-full time freshmen. Top 10% Scholars students receive an academic scholarship to help finance their education.
