Dear Professors,

The Tiger Marching Band is honored to represent Towson University in the 2009 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade in New York City. Our band students are working diligently to represent the university to the best of their abilities.

On Monday, November 23rd, the university is holding a Marching Band Send-Off Celebration to both publicize and honor our trip. We will be performing for the event, which starts at 2:00 pm. The band's report time will be 1:00 pm to warm up. More information can be found at:

Our trip to NYC to perform in the parade begins when the buses pull out at 6:00 am on Wednesday, November 25th.

It is understood that students are responsible for all material covered during the absence(s).
