Bus only on November 26, $85.00 pp (per person)
Depart from Towson at 3:00am and depart New York at 4:30PM.
Bus Only (No Hotel) for Wednesday - Friday $120.00pp
Bus and Hotel, leave Wednesday 8:00am then return Friday (time to be determined), since last posting no response for Saturday return so I have withdrawn that option.

All of the above prices include the Bus transportation, Hotel, taxes, tips and baggage handling. The Bus only trips include bus, taxes and tips. (Prices may be subject to change)
Parade viewing- there is no guaranteed viewing areas. We are suggesting a group of parents go out early and save areas, but this at our own pushiness and the crowds acceptance of our space needs.
I have found that we can get a deal at Applebee’s at 7th Ave and 50th St. that will allow us bathroom visits and warm-up area but no view of the parade. They said if we get on the street early enough 7:00am-ish we should be able to stand near each other but doubt that we can all be together for viewing the parade. There are only a limited number of spaces available and need to act by Monday, so I need responses by Sunday. They are giving us a break on the price because they are also working with the band on other meals.
$30 (retail price $40pp) Continental Stay Warm Breakfast (prices include tax & gratuity) – available for groups and individuals (we are getting special pricing ($30.00) because of the band eating here earlier in the day)
8am-11am includes: bagels and cream cheese, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, hot tea and hot cocoa
Then step outside onto 7th Ave. to hear the bands, see the floats and mingle with parade-viewers from around the world.
You’ll have use of the 3rd floor and restroom facilities during the parade. Although there is no view of the parade from inside, you can come and go as you please
Thanksgiving Dinner
I am still working on details for Thanksgiving dinner, but I don’t think the bus going back on Thursday will be included with the group dinner plans.
Please remember that I am doing the best I can at this late date and that you are welcome to make your own plans, I am just a resource. As soon as I get definite details I will pass them on to you.
Macy’s TUMB Day at the Towson Town Center Mall is October 17
Are you interested in selling or buying shopping passes? We can sell them now through Saturday, October 17. They are being sold for $5 each, and the passes entitle people to special savings at Macy’s on October 17, which is Macy’s National Shopping Day. The passes also give people the chance to enter a raffle for a $500 Macy’s gift card. All of the money raised will go into an account set up in support of the band’s trip to the parade.
I am working with the University on getting them to you at the next Band performance (Oct. 3rd football game) Pre-sell and swap money for passes on this Saturday. **There will be a table set up in the Union Building near the bookstore selling the Shop for a Cause passes, if you can help sell for an hour or 2 contact Autumn Mickel at AMickel@towson.edu
