The TIGER Pep Band is a highly energized ensemble that performs at home games for both the men's
and women's basketball teams. Membership in the pep band is open to all Towson University students
including non-music majors. Instrumentalists of all ability levels are welcome. The main requirement
is a strong desire to be part of a highly spirited university pep band!
The university is making a strong commitment to elevate its basketball program higher in
the competitive ranks of the NCAA. With the recent hiring of Pat Kennedy as men's basketball
coach, this season promises to be the start of a new winning era in Towson Men's Basketball.
The university also values its pep band as an intricate part of the collegiate basketball
atmosphere; therefore, all pep band members will receive a $250 stipend for the spring semester.
