Blackboard (Bb) 9.1 Service Pack 11

The Blackboard environment will be unavailable starting at 12:01am 5/25/2013. Service will return the evening of 5/27/2013.  

Towson University will update the Bb environment to Service Pack 11 (SP11).  This update will fix current TU Bb know issues and include a few new enhancements to our current environment.
