Working with Towson University is Easy. Towson University is a constituent institution of the University System of Maryland, which is a State agency. State agencies can work together very easily, through an Interagency Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding. Towson University has a standard agreement available for potential clients’ review, making it very easy to arrive at mutually agreeable contact language. Towson University has standardized consulting agreements, making it quick and easy for the University and potential clients to agree on contract terms and conditions.
