02/19: Meeting
Minutes:
- Tabling tomorrow in the Union! Be
there or be square!
- Capital Embarrassment - How an innocent man found himself on death
row - Thursday, February 22nd at 7:30pm in the Patuxent
Lounge.
- Adopt-A-Campus was postponed until Wednesday, February 28th. We'll
meet in the Potomac Lounge at 3pm.
- We plan to attend the March 1st showing of the Vagina
Monologues.
- Our movie screening of Black Gold has been postponed until further
notice due to issues with room reservations.
- Check the calendar for all kinds of fun
events.
02/06: Calendar updated. Come see us at the
Involvement Fair Wednesday between 11am and 2pm in the Union.01/28: New
pictures uploaded. Welcome back everyone.
01/08/07: Meeting
Minutes:
We had our first meeting of the new year at Zia's. Come join us next week for
coffee, juice, sandwiches, or whatever. This week we talked about:
-Transportation to the January 27th March on Washington. If you
want to go, there will be transportation. Email us
if you need a ride.
-Film screenings for next semester. If you have ideas for some
educational and interesting films, either bring them to the meeting or
put them on the listserve.
-Our new crusade. What do we want to work on next semester? Getting
more recycling on campus was one idea. Do you have ideas? Put them on
the listserve.
-Tabling. Every other week! That's right!
-Officers. We want to start recruiting for semesters to come. Mike and
Shanna are both graduating at the end of this year, and new leadership is
needed! If you are interested, talk to any one of the officers.
Training starts now!
-Our new banner. If you have any design ideas or input on the designs
below, please email Shanna (sborel1@towson.edu).

Hall Meeting hosted by CCAN: Global Warming, Clean Cars and Energy
Independence, Wednesday, November 27th, 6:30 pm.

The debate went well. Doug Matthews and Chris Mantz
both did a great job. I took some pictures, but most of them are dark.

Minutes:
- Campus Political Debate: 11/15 from 5-7pm in the Susq
Terr. Issues: Iraq, No Child Left Behind,
Healthcare.
- Oxfam Hunger Banquet: CANCELLED :-(
- V for Vendetta with those crazy Libertarians: Monday, 11/20 in
Li 200 at 7:30pm. Free Food.
- Our next meeting (11/20) will be fun and informal. Someone will be
sending more information about where we're meeting on the listserve so check your email!!
