Free Agents
Free agents are individuals wishing to participate in an intramural team sport, but who do not have a team.

1. To register as a free agent, an individual must come in person to the Campus Recreation Services Office (Burdick Hall, Room 151) and add his/her name and contact information to the free agent list for the sport(s) in which he/she wishes to particiapte.

2. Free agents are required to attend the Captain's Meeting for each sport. At that time, Team Captains may "pick up" free agents. If a free agent is still not on a team after the captain's meeting, they are encouraged to show up at the fields for teams to "pick up" at game time. Although Team Captains contact free agents, it is the responsibility of the free agent to find a team for him or herself.

3. If enough free agents and openings in leagues remain, a free agent team may be created. Once a free agent team is created, they must pay the $40 team registration fee before playing, and are subject to the same rules as all other teams.
