Group Exercise Classes
What is Group Exercise?
Group Exercise classes provide participants with a structured, results-focused regimen in a group setting. Each class invites participants of all fitness levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. Participants can increase and/or decrease the intensity of the workout by utilizing the suggested modifications from our instructors. A variety of group exercise classes are held each week during the fall and spring semesters. Group Exercise classes are available to all students, faculty and staff who possess a valid TU One Card. Alumni members and approved guests are permitted to participate in classes held at Burdick Hall only. Guests must be accompanied by their sponsor at all times. Where do classes take place?
