Group Exercise Class Descriptions - Spring 2015

STRENGTH

BOOT CAMP: This class will focus on your entire body and work on your endurance, strength, flexibility, power, agility and more!  Every class is different based on the instructor’s cardio and strength teaching balance and is sure to leave you with a tough workout and good sweat!

BUTTS & GUTS: Targeting the lower body and core, this class challenges you with a variety of exercises specifically designed to strengthen and tone these regions of the body using creative techniques, equipment and more!

TOTAL TONING: Get the results you want! Improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength in this 50 min class that will incorporate a mixture of strength exercises using creative techniques, equipment, and more!


CARDIO

CARDIO HIP HOP: Hip-Hop style aerobics class that is designed to give you a full cardio workout by simply doing hip-hop moves to the latest hip-hop music. It is non-stop fun and is a great workout.

KICKBOXING: This intense cardio class is where muscle conditioning and kickboxing combinations collide. Leave this class feeling powerful and energized!

TIGERSPIN: Enjoy a cycling ride that takes you through various terrains and pushes your cardiovascular limits with a mix of aerobic and anaerobic training. Perfect for the beginner to advanced fitness levels. Be sure to tell the instructor if you are new to get help setting up your bike for your first class.

TOTAL BODY BURN: Join us for a high intensity workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and will get your heart pumping.  This class will include cardio intervals and strength training exercises that will dynamically test your fitness. Grab your water bottle and towel, and get ready for a sweat-drenching session!

ZUMBA®: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined.


MIND & BODY

BARRE: In just 50 minutes you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on the hips, thighs, abdominals and arms. This is a low-impact class that incorporates exercises from ballet, yoga, and Pilates that will re-shape your body from head to toe!

YOGA: Enjoy a class that is designed for all levels and helps to move the body through a series of postures based on alignment, mediation, balance and more! Learn about how yoga can benefit your body, strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and enjoy being relaxed in just one hour!
