Lifestyle Management Program Please note that the Lifestyle Management Program will not be taking place this spring semester. Please check for updates closer to the fall semester. Our 8-week lifestyle management program is geared toward teaching
individuals how to incorporate appropriate exercise and nutrition habits
into their lives. One program will take place
in the spring semester. Participants (limited to 12 per semester) will
follow individual exercise programs with a personal trainer and attend weekly
interactive lectures on nutrition and fitness including cooking tips,
recipes, and discussions on low-carb dieting and other popular trends.
Initially this program will be available for faculty and staff and will
then open to students based upon availability. To register or for
