Recipe of the Week!
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Place peanuts in blender and blend until finely chopped. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, lemon juice and honey. Set aside. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes, or until onions are slightly tender. Add bean sprouts, snow peas and half the soy sauce mixture. Cook 2 or 3 minutes, stirring until bean sprouts are just barely tender. Add remaining soy sauce mixture to skillet, along with green onions, peanuts and pasta. Toss well and serve.
