Recipe of the Week!

Oven Fried Turkey Cutlets

Nutritional Information (serves 4):
Calories: 230
Fat: 3 grams
Carbohydrates: 16 grams
Protein: 34 grams

Ingredients:

1 lb turkey breast cutlets

3 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp lemon juice

3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp crushed dried oregano

1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

   Preheat oven to 350°F. 

   Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. Place turkey cutlets in a medium bowl.  
   Cover with water and lemon juice.

   In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, poultry seasoning, salt,
   pepper, and garlic powder; mix well. Take cutlets one at a time and dip into crumb
   mixture, turning to coat both sides of cutlets.

   Place in prepared pan. Spray each cutlet lightly and evenly with cooking spray. Bake,
   uncovered, 30 minutes or until lightly browned and done.  Serve hot.
