Fitness & Wellness Campus Recreation Services supports the TU Community's pursuit of a healthy, active lifestyle by offering first-rate facilities and dynamic programming. Come work out in Campus Recreation Services’ 8,500 square foot state-of-the-art Fitness Center, which features two levels of cardio machines and a free weight, plate loaded and selectorized weight area. Campus Recreation Services' free Group Exercise Classes provide participants with a structured, results-focused regimen in a group setting. Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend. Our team of nationally certified Personal Trainers will create individualized programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Personal training is available for TU students, faculty, staff, alumni and spouses of TU affiliates.
