WEST VILLAGE COMMONS POLICIES

  1. A valid TU One Card is required for entry and must be presented to CRS Staff upon request.
  2. No person under the age of 18 is permitted (with the exception of TU registered students).
  3. Clean and appropriate athletic attire only. 
  4. Rubber soled, non-marking athletic shoes required.  No open-toed/open-heeled shoes, sandals, boots or jeans.  Shirts, covering mid drift, are required at all times.  Exceptions to footwear restricted to Yoga classes.
  5. Glass, open containers, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, chewing gum and food are prohibited.
  6. Please wipe off equipment after using the provided sanitation wipes.
  7. Please notify a staff member immediately of any equipment issues.
  8. Please contact a staff member if you need assistance with equipment.
  9. Personal belongings must be stored outside of exercise room. 
  10. CRS is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  It is highly recommend that you secure personal belongings in a locker.
  11. The use of Campus Recreation Services facilities is a privilege.  Individuals who choose to engage in unacceptable behavior may have their access revoked or modified indefinitely.
