Internship Guidelines: Expectations for Site Supervisors
The Career Center at Towson University and the academic departments expect employers to provide career-related and significant, professional work experiences that sufficiently challenge college students. While providing work that contributes to your organization's mission, please consider the intern’s skills, academic experience and learning goals. Ideally, a staff member who supports the professional development of others should supervise/mentor the student/intern.
