Job shadowing is a career exploration strategy that allows participants to spend a short, clearly defined period of time with an employer at a company/organization site. Job shadowing provides a first-hand look at the world of work and helps participants make decisions about careers, majors and courses.

By answering this brief questionnaire, you will be helping us design and implement a job shadowing program that interests Towson University students! Thanks!
