Chat Online With a Career Counselor!

Date	Time	Topic

To Access a Chat:

1. Log in to Blackboard here: https://bbweb.towson.edu/.
2. Click on the Community Tab.
3. Under Course Search, type career.
4. Next to the Career Services Community, click ONCE on the Enroll button.
5. Click Submit.
6. Click OK, you are now enrolled in the Career Services Community.
7. Click the Collaboration button on the left.
8. Click the Join button next to the current session.
9. Wait for the screen to load - please be patient!
10. You should now be able to chat with a career counselor.
