How to Apply for On Campus Recruiting: 

Please Note: Before you search for on-campus recruiting schedules, make sure that your “Profile” in your Hire@TU account is filled out completely to ensure maximum search results.

  • Log onto your Hire@TU account. If you would like to set up an account, please visit our Web site at www.towson.edu/careercenter and click on “Hire@TU for Students.” 
  • Click on “Schedule” on the main page.
  • Click on “Qualified Schedules” to view those positions for which you are qualified.
  • If you are unsure of the qualifications of a specific job that does not appear in your search, click on “Future Schedules” – click on the Schedule ID# to review the job description.  Make sure your applicant type matches the criteria listed. For example, if you are searching for jobs and internships, make sure you have added these titles under applicant type.
  • To view the jobs for which you are qualified, click on the Schedule ID#.
  • Review the job description and requirements.
  • Click “Request Interview” to apply – this will send a copy of your uploaded resume as your application.
  • The next screen will instruct you to choose your resume document.

The application deadline is one week prior to the interview date - make sure you apply on-time.

Following the application deadline date, you will receive an email regarding employer decisions. If your application is accepted, you will be instructed to sign up for an interview slot on a first-come, first-served basis.
