Resources for International Students

Be sure to check with the International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO) staff for the most updated information.

The Career Center is here to help with your job search. Please see Student Employment, Job Search Skills and Finding a Job for more information on available resources and services.

We suggest that you start your job search early, and be prepared to devote extensive time to it. Learn everything you can about the Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) processes as you may find that you will need to explain the process to an employer. You also can ask an employer to consult with the staff at ISSO for more information about the process.

Additional Resources on Campus

The International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO) provides documents, services, and programs essential to a culturally diverse academic environment that enhances international learning opportunities for students, faculty, and staff.
