Students living in Panama may pursue a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University at Quality Leadership University in Panama City.

Between TU semesters, select CBE faculty visit Panama to teach intensive two-week courses. The University of Louisville College of Arts and Sciences serves as an affiliate university offering the general education liberal arts courses.

CBE offers an undergraduate business program with students enrolled in a cohort program at the University of DaNang in Vietnam.

Students in the cohort study the first three semesters in Da Nang, the next four at TU, and the final semester in Da Nang. Since the program was established in fall 2006, three students from the University of DaNang are currently enrolled in courses at Towson University.
