Expert negotiator, sports agent, attorney, educator and civic leader Ron Shapiro is the founder of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler and the Shapiro Negotiations Institute, a negotiations seminar and consulting firm that has trained more than 100,000 professionals in the art of negotiation, dealing with difficult personalities, and enhancing listening skills.
