All students in the program are assigned a TU email account and all correspondence will be through this account.
Blackboard is an educational platform for courses that allows students to access the course syllabus, view, complete and post assignments, work on documents with team members and post to the professor, view grades, see the class roster, engage in discussion boards and see faculty and student contact information.
The Code of Conduct (PDF) represents the culture of the College of Business and Economics. It is incumbent on every student, faculty, and staff member of the college to assure that it is upheld with pride and reinforced on a daily basis.
Online Services allows students to register for courses, access their unofficial transcript, view their transfer evaluation, review final grades and monitor progress towards completion of the program. The latter is achieved by viewing the Degree Progress Report, which shows the classes a student has previously taken (in all universities and/or colleges), the classes in which they are currently enrolled and the classes they need to take to complete their degree.

Course Prerequisites
In order to help you succeed in your coursework, prerequisites have been established for each course. When selecting courses, check with your adviser on what prerequisites are applicable for your classes.
Petition for Third Attempt
For students repeating courses to raise their GPA, be aware that you are not allowed to repeat a class for the third time without permission. You must submit a request to Laura Rosenbaum, the CBE Coordinator of the Panama Program, at lrosenbaum@towson.edu.
Petition for Acceptance of Transfer Credits
A student may petition for a course taken at another institution to be equivalent to a course at Towson University.
Disenrollment
If a student registers for a class for which he or she is not eligible, the student will be dropped from the course and notified by the CBE Coordinator of the Panama Program.
