The College of Health Professions offers outstanding educational
programs in a wide range of health professions and sport-related areas
and promotes activities that foster the integration of health, wellness,
and education.
We offer programs at the bachelor's, master's, graduate certificate,
and doctoral levels. All of our eligible programs are fully accredited
by the appropriate professional and/or educational accrediting agencies.
Our graduates assume key roles in clinical practice, education, management,
and/or research in their professions.
Our faculty are highly experienced in their disciplines, have excellent
teaching skills, and are committed to student learning through
both teaching and advising. We provide up-to-date learning environments
in a variety of settings. Our many collaborative activities across
programs in the college, with programs across the campus, and with
other educational institutions also serve to enhance the education
of our students.
In addition, our students have ready access to–and take advantage
of–an outstanding array of opportunities for internships and practicum
experiences in the many health care, educational, and sport-related
institutions and agencies immediately adjacent to our campus and in
the surrounding area. Thus, our students have exceptional on-campus
and off-campus learning opportunities that prepare them for entry
into their professions and for on-going professional development.
