Offering exceptional faculty support and field experiences, the Department of Instructional Leadership and Professional Development (ILPD) prepares leaders who can build capacity in P-12 schools and classrooms for responding to ever-changing students’ needs while ensuring their mastery of 21st-century skills and knowledge.
