Dr. Keri-Anne Croce received her Ph.D in curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate coursework focusing on facilitating the literacy development of both the native English speaker and the non-native English speaker. She has taught in both the public elementary school system and in the Migrant Education Program. She has articles published in both national and international journals. Her current research concentrates on assessment of non-native English speakers. Dr. Croce spent the last few years years collecting data with Burmese refugee students in the Baltimore school district. Her latest article is in press in the Journal of Early Childhood Literacy.
