Dr. Lijun Jin is Professor at Elementary Education Department. She has taught courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research is early literacy and culturally responsive teaching. She received three Fulbright-Hays Group Projects Abroad Awards from Department of Education in 2006, 2008 and 2010 that provided immersion experiences for 36 K-12 classroom teachers across the nation to enhance their curriculum and instruction on China. She has also served as China Program Director at Towson University since 2007.
