Ronald Thomas

Lecturer and Associate Director, Center for Leadership in Education

Dr. Ronald S. Thomas is a full-time faculty member in the Educational Leadership program and Associate Director of the Center for Leadership in Education at Towson University. Dr. Thomas earned his doctorate in Education Policy, Planning, and Administration with an emphasis in Curriculum Theory and Development. Dr. Thomas has been Associate Superintendent of Schools for St. Mary's County and Baltimore County. His expertise is in program assessment, data-based decision making, and educational policy, areas reflected in his scholarship. Dr. Thomas has served in numerous leadership roles in Maryland professional organizations including CEASOM and Executive Director of Maryland ASCD.
