How Do I Apply?
Step 1:
Contact
the Towson University College of Graduate Studies and Research (phone number below)
and obtain a Graduate School Application... or find a copy online
by clicking here:
Step 2:
Apply online or mail the completed
application with two official transcripts and the application fee
($50) to the Towson University College of Graduate Studies and Research.
*Note:
If you are already a nondegree graduate student registered with
the TU Graduate Office, notify them of your intent to transfer into
the Special Education M.Ed. Program. Be sure to follow-up to determine
whether you need to send additional documents.
Step 3:
Send the following to the Towson University College of Graduate Studies and Research:
- Documentation of your current
professional teaching certification(s)
- Two letters of recommendation written by an administrator
or supervisor who
can testify about your potential as a special educator.

you of your acceptance into the program, including information about
scheduling an advising appointment to plan your course of study.
