SCED 560: Using Reading & Writing in the Sec. School (4)

EDUC 730: Principles of Learning, Development & Diversity (3)

SPED 601: Curriculum/Methods of Instruction for Secondary Transition (3) (SCED)

ECED 623: The Art of Reading and Writing Instruction in the Primary Grades and Kindergarten (3) OR

EDUC 797: Internship I with Seminar (3)

*The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) requires all applicants for state teaching certification successfully complete the PRAXIS II exam in the Special Education Specialty (SE Knowledge-Based Core Principles-0351-score of 155+; SE Application of Core Principles-0352-score of 147+).
