Special Education (M.Ed.)
Towson University offers the Master of Education in Special Education in partnership with the Baltimore County Public Schools. All courses are offered off-campus in local BCPS schools at reduced tuition based on the school system's reimbursement rate. Students will be billed $150 closed contract fee and the school system will be directly billed for the reduced tuition. The cohort will begin in fall, 2010. The admission and degree requirements for the master's degree program in Baltimore County Public Schools are the same as the program on campus. More information about the Special Education M.Ed. program and course requirements are found on the Special Education Department site.
