School Library Media (M.S.)
Towson University offers the Master of Science in School Library Media in partnership with Prince George's County Public Schools. All courses are offered off-campus in local PGCPS schools for reduced tuition based on school system's reimbursement rate. Students will be billed $150 closed contract fee and the school system's negotiated reimbursement rate. The current cohort began fall, 2009 and ends in fall, 2012. The contact person at Towson University is Dr. David Wizer, chair of the Department pf Educational Technology and Literacy (EDTL), wizer@towson.edu.
The admission and degree requirements for the master's degree program in Prince George's County Public Schools are the same as the program on campus.
