College for Kids Application 2013

This application will be submitted electronically. Applications will be reviewed in order of receipt. Early Bird Application by May 31. Late fee beginning June 1.

Directions: This form must be completed for each child. Once you complete the form and click on SUBMIT, you will be given the option of submitting a form for any siblings.

Payment Schedule

Non-refundable deposit of $100 for each child due two weeks after acceptance notification is received.
Balance of tuition should be received by July 1. In the case of applicants accepted after or near July 1, the full tuition would be due by July 15.

Confirmation Page: After you click "Submit Form", a confirmation page will appear on the screen. Print a copy for your files by using the Web Browser Print command. You will have the opportunity to submit sibling applications.
