TU Team Wins 2012 CyberWatch Mid-Atlantic CCDC Competition

25 schools, representing undergraduate and graduate students from two- and four-year schools in the region, competed in a virtual Qualifying Round during the week of February 21st for a chance to qualify for the Regional Finals. The Mid-Atlantic CCDC is 1 of 10 regional competitions, all part of the Deloitte National CCDC. The CyberWatch Mid-Atlantic CCDC Regional Finals took place March 14-17 at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab in Laurel, MD.

The eight schools that ultimately moved up to compete in the 2012 CyberWatch Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) Regional Finals (listed alphabetically) were :

  • Capitol College (Maryland)

  • Howard Community College (Maryland)

  • James Madison University (Virginia)

  • Millersville University (Pennsylvania)

  • Radford University (Virginia)

  • Towson University (Maryland)

  • University of Maryland Baltimore County (Maryland)

  • West Virginia University (West Virginia)
