Kodak Dental Systems, the world’s largest provider of information technology solutions to the dental industry, has full-time openings for entry-level Technical Support Representatives in the Baltimore office located in Hunt Valley, MD. 

 The main responsibility involves answering live technical support calls relating to dental practice management software programs.  Additional responsibilities include researching dental insurance claims, communicating with team members and outside business partners, troubleshooting dial-up and Internet connections, and resolving software and hardware-related technical support matters.  Occasional business travel may be required (industry shows, conventions, product training, off-site meetings, etc).

 Candidates should possess an Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree, or certification in a computer related field and be highly motivated.  Experience in customer service, call center, technical support, Microsoft Office and data communications is also preferred.  Must also be knowledgeable in all Windows operating systems and have a basic understanding of Windows-based LANs.  Strong phone, customer service, organizational and time management skills are a must!  Kodak Dental Systems offers a competitive entry-level salary as well as a full benefit package, including health, dental, 401k, holidays, and paid time off.
