Exchange Cohort Graduate Program

Spring 2008

Dr. Yanggon Kim, Director of TU's Computer and Information Sciences Graduate Program, was awarded a grant from Soogsil University in Korea for developing an Exchange Cohort Graduate Program between Soogsil and Towson Universities.

Soongsil University became a sister school to Towson University in 2007.

For the spring 2008 semester, ten graduate students majoring in Computer Science from the School of Computing at Soongsil University have been participating in Towson University's Exchange Program hosted by TU's Department of Computer and Information Sciences.

The exchange program has provided an excellent opportunity for our Korean friends to explore TU's COSC Grad Program and actively participate in ongoing research projects with COSC faculty.
