Funded by U. S. Government’s National Science Foundation, under the program S-STEM entitled:
Scholarships - in -Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
The CoSMiC Scholars Program is inviting new applications for full-time study at Towson University
You must be a FULL-TIME undergraduate student specializing in these majors: Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or MB3 (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics). Students awarded a scholarship will be expected to enroll in a one-credit careers seminar course.
You must be a U .S. citizen or permanent resident.
You must have applied for financial aid through the U.S. government via the FAFSA and have been informed you are eligible for federal grants awards.
You must have meritorious academic records and demonstrate extraordinary scholastic promise (requires at least a B cumulative grade point average).
CoSMiC Scholarship Recipients Receive:
A stipend of up to $2500 per semester (the amount depends on each person's financial eligibility) as long as the scholar maintains ALL the requirements listed above in addition to fulfilling required CoSMiC scholar responsibilities.
