The CoSMiC Scholars Program is inviting new applications for full-time study at Towson University

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be a FULL-TIME undergraduate student specializing in these majors: Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or MB3 (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics). Students awarded a scholarship will be expected to enroll in a one-credit careers seminar course.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • You must have applied for financial aid through the U.S. government via the FAFSA and have been informed you are eligible for federal grants awards.
  • You must have meritorious academic records and demonstrate extraordinary scholastic promise (requires at least a B cumulative grade point average).

CoSMiC Scholarship Recipients Receive:

  • A stipend of up to $2500 per semester (the amount depends on each person's financial eligibility) as long as the scholar maintains ALL the requirements listed above in addition to fulfilling required CoSMiC scholar responsibilities.
