Quit smoking.

If you are a smoker, quitting can significantly reduce your risk of developing future diseases such as lung cancer, heart disease, and stroke. But you’ll also notice immediate benefits such as enhanced senses of taste and smell, increased lung capacity, and more energy. The American Lung Association offers a free online smoking cessation program.
