Join a therapy group.

Group therapy is often more effective than individual therapy in helping people address and resolve concerns that are interpersonal in nature, such as relationship problems, social anxiety, self-esteem. Group helps with these problems for a variety of reasons: It provides a safe and confidential setting for sharing your concerns and discovering that others have similar concerns. It is a place where you can get gentle feedback from others to help you increase your awareness of your behaviors and how they impact both you and others. It is a place where you can experiment with new ways of relating to and talking with others. And it is a place where you can get consistent support for making the changes you want and need to make in order to be more satisfied with your relational well-being.
