Self Help

The Counseling Center has compiled a list of self-help resources relimage descriptionevant to the mental health of college students. These include information and resources prepared by counseling staff members as well as links to other resources available on the web. This list includes general topics as well as resources for specific groups. There is a great deal of information on a wide range of topics, arranged alphabetically, that are available through these links. If after exploring theses resources you are troubled or you need to talk with someone about these issues, call the Counseling Center at (410)704-2512 to arrange an appointment to meet with a counselor.
