University is committed to promoting the wellness of students,
faculty and staff, and to helping students make the most of their college experience.
We offer many resources related to the various aspects of
wellness. Take our Wellness Quiz to learn which ones are your
strongest and weakest areas and to learn about
ways to improve your wellness in each area. The quiz
consists of 35 questions and takes 4-6 minutes
to complete.
