Three letters of recommendation sent directly from the referee. If sent by the applicant, letters should be in sealed envelopes with the referee's signature across the seal.

A one-page statement of intent outlining the student's reasons for entering the program, future plans and anticipated benefits of completing the M.S. in Science Education.
